Frequently asked questions
- What does Bolagsverket charge on top of the package price?
- Bolagsverket charges a registration fee for new limited companies. It is not included in our packages; it is shown separately at checkout at the current rate from Bolagsverket's price list.
- How long until the company is registered?
- Your own work in the flow takes under an hour. After that, timing depends on the capital deposit at the bank and Bolagsverket's processing time. Our target is to submit your filing within 48 hours of the capital being deposited.
- Do I need to visit a bank?
- The share capital must be deposited into an account and the bank issues a certificate. We guide you through the steps and are working on partnerships that let you do this directly in the flow.
- Can I cancel the Löpande subscription?
- Yes. The subscription runs month to month and can be cancelled at any time. The company and all documents are yours.
- Are the agreements individual legal advice?
- No. Grundeo's templates and generated documents are high-quality standard documents drafted for Swedish conditions. If you need individual advice, we refer you to a lawyer.
