The process is fragmented, takes weeks, and the founder carries all the coordination risk.
Grundeo is being built to be the one door: a guided flow that takes a founder from idea to a registered, bank-connected, accounting-ready company — with proper key agreements included. And after formation, Grundeo stays on as the company's hub: annual filings, minutes, share register and regulatory obligations.

- Company formation is regulated activity. Grundeo will take its first customers only once registration under the Swedish anti-money-laundering act and the associated procedures are in place.
