Grundeo

About

Starting a company should not require a project office.

Byggt i Sverige, gjort för att hålla var som helst.

Forming a limited company in Sweden today means five counterparties: Bolagsverket, Skatteverket, a bank that is slow to open accounts for new companies, a share capital deposit with a bank certificate, and a stack of legal documents most founders either skip or buy piecemeal. The process is fragmented, takes weeks, and the founder carries all the coordination risk.

Grundeo is being built to be the one door: a guided flow that takes a founder from idea to a registered, bank-connected, accounting-ready company — with proper key agreements included. And after formation, Grundeo stays on as the company's hub: annual filings, minutes, share register and regulatory obligations.

We build for Swedish first-time founders and for foreign entrepreneurs establishing themselves in Sweden. That is why the platform is bilingual from the ground up.

Principles

Few words, well chosen

Plain language over legal fog. Every term explained where it is used.

Done right, from day zero

Documents and filings drafted for Swedish conditions, not generic templates.

Always the next step

You should never wonder what happens now. Status is visible at every stage.

Security and compliance

Data protection
GDPR by design: data stored within the EU, we collect only what formation requires, and personal identity numbers are encrypted and never logged.
Anti-money-laundering rules
Company formation is regulated activity. Grundeo will take its first customers only once registration under the Swedish anti-money-laundering act and the associated procedures are in place.
Legal quality
All templates and generated documents undergo legal review before launch. They are standard documents, not individual advice — and we are clear about the difference.
