1. Data controller

The data controller is Grundeo [To be completed: legal entity and registration number — TODO before launch]. Contact for data protection matters: hej@grundeo.com.

2. What data we process

The waitlist: if you sign up, we process your email address, your name (only if you choose to provide it), your language choice (Swedish or English), which page of the website you signed up from, and the time of your consent. We send a confirmation email when you sign up.

Security and operations logs: our hosting provider keeps server logs which may include IP address and technical information about requests. The logs are used for operations and security, not to identify visitors.

Nothing more than that. The website has no accounts, no forms other than the waitlist, and no web analytics.

3. Purpose and legal basis

The waitlist: the purpose is to contact you about Grundeo's launch. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the checkbox when you sign up.

Security and operations logs: the legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in keeping the website secure and running.

4. No tracking

The website uses no advertising, no profiling, and sends no data to US-based tracking services. Your email address is never sent to any analytics tool and does not appear in URLs or logs.

The website currently uses no web analytics at all. If analytics is introduced, it will be cookieless (for example Plausible) and this policy will be updated beforehand.

5. Storage and retention

Waitlist data is deleted when the service launches, or earlier if you request it. Server logs are kept only for a short period.

6. Recipients of data

Data is not shared with third parties for their own purposes. The providers that host the website, database and email delivery process data on our behalf as data processors. [TODO: name providers and data processing agreements before launch.]

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time — as easily as it was given: email hej@grundeo.com and we will remove you from the waitlist.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
