Identify yourself
Log in with BankID. We collect what is needed so you never fill in the same details five times.

Describe the company
Company name with alternatives, registered office, business description and board. Every legal term explained in place, in plain language.

Documents and signing
Deed of formation, articles of association and share register are generated from your answers and signed digitally by all founders.
04
Capital and registration
You deposit the share capital, the bank issues its certificate, and we file with Bolagsverket as your agent.

Tax and go-live
F-tax, VAT and employer registration with Skatteverket. Accounting is connected and you can invoice your first customer.

Ongoing operations
Annual meetings, share register, board minutes and reminders for what must not be missed. Grundeo becomes the company's hub, year after year.

Timeline

What to expect

Day 0: You complete the flow and sign the documents. Takes under an hour.
Day 1–5: Share capital is deposited and the bank certificate issued. Depends on your bank.
Then: Our target: filing submitted within 48 hours of the capital being deposited. Bolagsverket's processing time is additional.

You follow every step in your status tracker — the same view as on the front page. Brass marks where you are. Green is already handled.
